Since there seems to be nothing else to do except endless DD/speculation on PIHN....I was looking at the linkedin profile of the COO (Greg Lovett) of one of possible target companies mentioned awhile back (Axis Technical Group). Profile states he has been COO since June 2011.

good thoughtful post-since the co being "acquired "by pihn has much more income/size-as far as we know-the acquired co would become the nucleus of the new co -even though pihn says it is in charge of hiring the new ceo-and pihn may even decide to abandon its original business down the line if pihn cant turn a profit w the original business. re another post PR's are usually prohibited in quiet periods but emails are sometimes allowed-and pihn may have or may feel they have pushed the envelope re emails
