Pure speculation but it appears it should be good news. Something about details of JV and financing. Also should have info about permits and something about schedule for testing and production.

Right now it's believed to be uplisting to OCBB. They have been working diligently over the past several months to catch up on filing their financials as part of the requirement to uplist. Take a look at their last PR on Feb. 14th
