It's probably good that Frazier sold their position. That means that the shares are now in hands that have a higher basis. It also means that they're in multiple hands so not as likely to hit the market on the same day like Frazier's did.

Lastly, it explains why the stock went down to a low of $4.96 off of the high of $6.65 and why 2 days later we regained 90 cents from Tuesday's close.
