You say a r/s is coming as a fact...but you don't know that. It might, but you don't know that it will. So you guys are telling me that if some funding comes through tomorrow, and over the next year things get rolling with some good revenues coming in from a few of the fronts that have been mentioned previously but were halted likely due to money issues, maybe a few shares get bought back by the company...that this will still be near current levels?...I doubt it...and I know that is all an IF, but still...
