Please don’t misunderstand me. I’m not suggesting that anyone buy (on not buy); but each of us has different tolerance levels of risk. I’m just saying that if one is inclined to buy, then this might be the time. If we can break the sixes, I think it will quickly reach 10. Again! Just my opinion based on how i read the technicals.
