Globewatcher - Yup, that was the caveat I was thinking of. Actually, the first time I saw the statement LG6 quoted I was a little wary, but then I started seeing it on all filings. So, figured it was just a CYA deal. Some people (NOT TALKING ABOUT LG6) are always cherry picking these CYA statements to scare people. I dont think LG6 was doing that, but I have seen some do it.
