ICM is infringer, but it has no obligation to GERS until the judge ruled ICM is an infringer. It is invited as a special guest, why not GERS CEO or CFO or COO?

Exactly, Stocklearner I wasnt meaning that this is bad news for GERS. Currently ICM is partnered with this company so this is nothing unusall for them to be the speaker for this company and their investors.

I was only saying this because the man is obviosly feeling better so that means we are not going to have a doctirs note next time he is called up for this trial.
