Start from scratch. There are a lot of bashers who don't appear to be consistently objective. Put that aside.

There is a disappointing and unexplained sharecount history. 2nd quarter looks bad based on prs and the company does not talk directly about.

July trend only 1 month looks great as a trend but disappointing compared to 300-500 count.

Estimates look in jeopardy.

So far I believe the company has over-promised and under-delivered.

Otherwise maybe these guys are good businessmen. I would like to know what longs currently see that is good other than current estimates.

To say that one trusts management more than posters with questionable motives is okay by me, but still I can not see anything stated in the prs that looks good at this moment.

I don't wish to jump ship if the ship is sound.

Mnfats latest post is worth analysis.

Fats,

Thank you for the numbers. I had estimated $250 for
the Navicom unit which would put your total close
to $15 million. The list price according to the web
page is $599. So, perhaps the distributor price is
$300 or $200, but I seem to remember something on the
web page that said $250. They also have recurring
revenue for month Navicom fees. I'd guess the average
is from $10-$20 per month, so that doesn't amount
to much yet (~120,000 - $240,000).

I agree that your numbers only apply to the forward-
looking 12 months and not 2005. Also, it assumes the
unit sales don't increase (or decrease).

They said July was their best month in unit sales.
However, one of Mr. Miller's emails implied that
at least one of the dealers had 'soft' sales. I
wonder if that had anything to do with change in
sales personnel. As I said in a previous post,
I was disappointed in the non-Sunburst unit sales
figures. I'd like to find out more information
related to the average non-Sunburst sales. I emailed
him about this, but I usually don't get a response
(and never got a t-shirt either!).

Also, my recollection from Mr. Miller's email is
that they were orginally planning to purchase one
lot every quarter but changed the plan and decided
not to do so in the 2nd quarter. I'd like to see
that email again, though.

I will agree that I don't think he'll made the
gross revenue range he gave of $25-$30 million
or the net income prediction he made. On the other
hand, the price of the stock is well below what it
would be if we were fully reporting and hit the
estimates.

Finally, whether I own the stock or not, I am
happy for a company that is expanding sales and
doing everything it can to become success and a
$100 million company as is their goal.

Fats,

Don't forget a very valuable revenue stream, the navicom subscription fees. These amount to roughly $10-$70 per month per unit depending on the services subscribed to by the unit purchaser. I don't know how much "overhead" there is in these rates but I think the NWAU margin is substantial. I think, over time, the recurring revenue stream will be the highest contributor to our bottom line. In fact, I think everything else will be almost meaningless (???).
