When you state in TWO WORDS in a message, CONTRACT SIGNED you are leading people to believe you have inside information that a contract has been OFFICIALLY SIGNED, if that is the case you need to disclose how you got this information.
This is going to sink regardless of the nature of the PR. Good or bad it's going down. Stock went from 0.001 to 0.009, that's 800% return. If you bought stock at $100 per share and it went up to $900 would you lock your profit or would you sit there like a dumb A** waiting for more? Same here, this thing is going to see 0.009 when pigs fly. The only logical price this will hit with the chill and the dump that already took place is 0.0001. Smart money is already out.
