And how should we as shareholders respond?
I bought this stock a little over a year ago. I saw a slight rise in the share price. I believed in the technology. The week I bought someone close to me told me a story about JG and how he acts. He further went on to say "that all the Gleasmans are paranoid that someone is going to steal their products". The stock continued to rise a little. I started to notice that all insiders were selling their shares. I started to get alarmed. I asked questions here and on RB. I did not get a satisfactory answer. I attended the shareholder meeting. I continued to like the tech based on what I knew and what they were telling us as shareholders. Then something went drastically wrong which brough up more red flags. They had a lawsuit with ZT tech. JG stood in front of us the shareholders and made a complete ass of himself. "Dick" Otto was canned thank God. Phil Fain replaced him. In April Carlisle came on board. The stock is battered. I hold. You label me and all other questioners "shorts" among many other things. We continue to ask questions. The stock continues to fall. You ask us to connect dots. Supposed letter of intent never materializes. DARPA is a total failure for we don't even make the cut. Fain buys "chinzy gifts and is ousted". Carlisle quits amid speculation that we as shareholders were lied to, as I suspected. The Tahoe results never released, but Carlisle says they are not good. One year worth of unfinished business. And the most important one is that I lost big dollars. Name one positive from that list. There is no balance here. Things are askew (or to avoid, awry; obliquely out of position, synonym, crooked, distorted, awry). What do you want me to do makes up some story so all looks rosy? I won't lower myself to your standards.
So I as a shareholder demand at the very least the truth. I demand the website to be updated. I want answers as to why this is all happening. I will not allow any one to deceive me or other shareholders. We demand answers and then we can make informed decisions if we take our losses as men and move on. I realize the risk involved with development stage companies. I beleived in the tech and originally put faith in the leaders that they would bring this to commercialization. We need new leaders. Leaders that will be buying the stock, leaders that will give us answers, that will make deals. That will tell us one way or another WIGO.
