at that moment it showed recognition to the shareholders that they are aware of the situation and are looking into it...that was an update that was released shortly after the DTCC notice...

i call that GOOD investor relations.... would you rather hear nothing from them?

this isn't a fortune 500 company...c'mon

and besides, if you read back in the posts, you can see that Tom updated his thoughts on the issue 2 days ago...

The DTCC does not tell ANY COMPANY why they were put on chill. It is against their guidelines.

Therefore no company on that list knows. Would you rather Tom say he knows why? Then you can accuse him of something else?
