Hey and you know if the product is viable and he can present a solid business plan, marketing and land financing, this chill will not impact this as much and it could be sucessful. They are already fully reporting, so the ball is really in their court to make it work for them and shareholders. If they really have it together then they no longer need shareholder equity to grow this business.
