I think Bob got spanked for trying to show the bright side of things and some of the info may not have been in the public domain, yet, 19 mines brought to life by our management, things are happening behind the scenes one would think

Webster states "soon" means

*without delay; in a speedy manner
*with ease;readily
*with williness or readiness
