You are right they are not on a Global Lock but they are in fact on a CHILL. But hey maybe if this high volume trading keeps up they will earn that much coveted Global Lock to boot and lock up nearly 80% of the trading audience with it....good times there.. talk about ILLIQUID...

There are different levels of chill...t4t is one level ..global lock is more severe ... it is not good that Roy is just now thinking about dealing with this as it has been since Jan 6 that they got T4T
