Yep - One reason I really like AFTC is because Jim is not really out to push DME only.
I know he is on the DME board and all, but if you look at the past 3 years, there have been years he was not able to make it to the DME conferences because of the army work. He is more concerned about his business, then pushing a DME agenda.
As I have said in the past. I love DME, it bridges the gap for oil to alternative. Natural Gas looks to be the future of fuel in the USA for the next 20 years. And DME can be made from natural gas.
If anything, I hope that one of big oil companies takes a deeper look into DME, they stand to make allot of money. And regardless of what some thing, Exxon and other companies are looking to be the producer of alternatives. Exxon has done some great things with algae, which by the way can be turned into DME as well if I am not mistaken.
And trust me, we would too!
