While obviously SDVI is not Fortune 500,
from my business experience, the website was always a very important part of how our business face was presented to the world we did business with and wished to do business with in the future. It was a priority amongst other priorities, design, engineering, marketing, service support and of course accounting.

I do believe that the website looks pretty good, with exception of absence of updates since 2009!

Financials
Current Financial Information
Unaudited financial Data for Full Year 2009

Let's see, that's nearly four years with no postings or servicing of the site. Well, most of us could see that when we bought into this rabbit warren. I would bet that Mart knows just how important getting current with the OTC, SEC, website, overall housekeeping and shareholders is in going forward. In that he is and has been a strong supporter and believer in Signature Devices, I feel confident that he is also hard at it with Ken in getting this maze straightened out. Ken clearly had some really poor support for his organizational development and maintenance. One guy just can't do it all. That is a fact.

So, let's cheer them on, give them a chance to clean up and show us their stuff. I'd like to think that we would hear something of reality during March. You know, like some real financial reporting, some idea of resolving the GRAFF debacle, some audited financials signed and sealed and delivered. If not, I would be considering that the legal issues far outweigh the capabilities of the company to resolve and that a cut and fold option would be all they have left. I mean, in that case BK is the bottom line. It really depends on the legal and cost issues associated with the GRAFF divi stock issue and conversions made, two very distinct yet potentially costly complications.

I'm looking forward to the better scenario, a business venture with a future putting the chaos to a satisfactory closure for the company and both SDVI and GRAFF investors. Until we get some facts, all we have is hope and hope we shall...........

I HAVE HIGH HOPES

Oooops, wait a second! Found something newer than '09 on website. In fact 2012! We be lookin' up friend:

Business License Exp: 7/31/2012

And some more:

I'd bet that if I keep digging I just may find a few more entries as updates since 2009. So, it isn't that nothing is being updated, it is that the overall appearance is totally aged as critical elements of interest are not being updated and presented as a fresh strong link to today's business. This is a good concern and question for Ken and Mart.

NOTE: SDVI & GRAFF IMO not intended as investment advice.
