EMXC is now in serious financial trouble. They currently have 1,560,000,000 shares outstanding and at .0005/share that gives EMXC a total market cap of $780,000. And if you check page F7 of EMAX's Annual Report they've got debts that include notes payable, accrued expenses and salaries, long term loans that total $1,489,602.......almost twice the total market cap of EMAX!

Looks like we all got just what we wanted. Everyone should be happy (there has been much discussion here how a lower price is good for longs)! We are now down to "a strong bid at 0.0004"???? Now, onto "strong bids at 0.0003?? Fingers crossed! Note, each tick down will take some time, as each one is a HUGE percentage move. Along the way we WILL see more meaningless upticks that generate pink sheet excitement (see the chart from November to now, to see the MANY short meaningless rallys!).

A wise woman said here: "Let's all hope together for high bid strength at a bid 0.0005!!!!!"

The funny part is I was talking about the coming "strong bid at 0.0005" when we had a "strong bid at 0.0008", but here we are with a "strong bid at 0.0004", 50% lower!! Ironic, isn't it?

The countdown to a "strong bid at 0.0003" begins!

THIS IS EMAX!!!
