market cap of CHRI is about USD 10 mln,
market cap of HBRM is about USD 300 T

CHRI say the want to have up to100%, so they do not necessarily pay everything to everyone.
I strongly believe they have fixed the price with the mayority owners already.

If it is fixed at this level, it would be about 3% of CHRI (market cap based) dilution if fully paid with shares.
That is is not a lot !
