co. has held 4 CC's and 2 AGMs' since i've been an investor
i have listened to 3 of the CCs' in real time (feb 2010/july 2010 and dec 2010) >> have not attended either AGM but have interacted with many who did
i have talked to pipe investors (2008 and 2009)
i have tracked the SS of the co. for well over 20 months >> i have documented the trades (stock) which imo on the poorly watched OTC is *prey* and is subject to gross and egregious manipulation at any point in time (it's why my caveats exist re: volume and percentages matter/show true)
i have noted mgmt's awareness >> across multiple levels and imo the clues mgmt delivers to their investors who do their DD
i have personal knowledge of the process of start ups coming public (albeit via the ipo route a decade back) and the *realistic* time lines of a co. transitioning across multiple levels as well as the *role* of VCs' which is why i welcome the A co. coming public so all can scrutinize aspects now not shown and known
as always risk tolerance and time frames will be different for each investor >> personally i'm stunned by what mgmt has achieved in spite of the obstacles placed at each and every step of the way >> by a variety of entities over the past 3 years >>
what i'm looking for out of mgmt re: CC ~ is very basic but matters to me re: the next 12 months of the co.s execution
that is status of proc 2 & 3 >> what mgmt's definition of commercial roll out entails >> and at what level rock tenn's sites (note plural) stand currently
all the rest <right now> is gravy >> if the co. has intent to uplist elsewhere (CANADA) >> or if there is another co. on par or better (rock tenn) who wants P2O on sites or if there are co.s being spun off (seems a bit early but i'm not an insider) >> i just recognize that mgmt passes my awareness test >> and that P2O has been validated this technology isn't designed to compete with exxon mobil it does however check off multiple boxes specific to energy recycling and jobs
i've appreciated the pps whiplash over the past 20 months + it has enabled me to literally double my shares held in JBII considering how few JBII shares i held in nov 2009 >> i'm grateful for those obstacles *placed* each and every step of the way >> it will make JBI a far stronger (and imo more diverse) co. going forward >> i've been lucky to have been in on the ground floor once b4 >> it's a wild ride >> everyone should be lucky enough to experience >> but where the OTC is concerned it's not for the faint of heart >>
lastly i have every expectation that mgmt 8k's material events that are noted via the CC either b4 or within the time allotted afterward
