It's pure supply and demand economics. Nobody wants to sell for less than that. Most people are in a hold situation because they are in a loss position and the fact that their MIGHT be a resubmission to FDA, why would somebody sell their shares for so little money and take a loss. To many it just doesn't matter anymore at this point. It's worth it to just hold on!
