keep watching that governemnt patent database for Microfill patent approval.

I'm not entirely sure on the patent process, but I don't think it would be approved as fast as you imply in your message. I believe the filing would be in "patent pending" status. I think the only thing that would show up would be Mr. Black (Healthnostics) making the filing for the patent(s). But even a "patent pending" may not show up in their database at this time.

If somebody has more information on the patents please give us some insight into the process so we may better understand what HNSS has to go through for the MicroFill launch.
