You claim that not one goal matters to shareholders, but goals #2 and #9, which Meller spoke of in the recent podcast interview, will assuredly help increase shareholder value:

GOAL #2: Top-line sales increase of approximately 25-30% from organic and inorganic sources.

GOAL #9: Complete three acquisitions.

Some of the other goals could reduce costs and increase margins, while others may help in developing new business.
