Scottrade has no set policy on chilled stock currently, they however do have one concerning Global Locks. Just because certaiin self clearing brokers still trade this stock does not mean it is not chilled at the DTC. This is in fact chilled at the DTC and certain self clearing brokers and all non self clearing brokers.
