The company was DOA BEFORE going public.


Address these FACTS... think long and hard and tell us all whether the FACTS listed below were symptomatic of a company already DOA.... keep in mind the facts below were actions initiated by JD and Glenny...


1) Dismal mark-up on pitiful revenue.

2) The sale of the 1 and only net asset belonging to shareholders & the company-- the shaver street facility and land. The end result.. and this is NOT up for debate.. it is FACT.. the rent factor went from roughly 5k per month to a mind boggling 16K PLUS per month..

3) Glenny 'boy' Harrs starting up a new business- Harr's Remod

4) Massive dilution

interesting.. especially interesting given the following:

*they* can manipulate the pps to .0001 .. it won't impact the *viability* of Expo
