CDR I neither expect a PR from EDIG, nor an OEM for the O1K next week. We aren't seeing a "launch", but rather a day the units begin to ship. There will not be a media blitz, reviews, etc. Don't get your hopes up. It will be a day like any other day. MAYBE there will be a PR saying they are shipping, but probably nothing more than that. JMO

Sales of only 750 Odyssey 1000s yields the company's monthly burn rate.

4 million ipods were sold last year.

1% of that volume, or 40,000 O-1000s yields $14 million with margins likely in the 30%-40% range via the website, in my guestimation.

Are sales of 40,000 annually realistic ? I think so.

Please double check the math.
