i have stated many times as to why.so here it goes again....he bought up those (102 claims) to give the illusion that something was happening.keep in mind,what he paid for those claims is peanuts to what he banked on the selling of shares due to the investor buying up the pps on said "new claim purchases".his thinking was spend a little "bait money" and wait for the investors to buy up the hype so he can sell....pretty simple!

was all over the news. You missed it.
Those new claims were added right after the drilling (2 holes) at Rusty Ridge when REEs were discovered, good % too.
