It can be inferred that Nugent holds relatively few shares due to zero insider filings by him. If he held more than 5% of the O/S at any time, he would have been required to file. Since the O/S was roughly in the 500,000,000 million share range back when Offor took over, the most that Teddy might hold would be 25,000,000 shares. Compared to Offor's 300,000,000 shares and the total O/S of 710,000,000 the 25,000,000 share holding is not all that great, as it represents less than 3.6% of the O/S.
Additionally, I've yet to come across any verifiable link (beyond stock ownership) between the Big 'E' & Teddy.
