Have you seen any verifiable proof of the allegation concerning Phar and THEIR auditor Labrozzi??? Where are you seeing this information??? I can't seem to find this anywhere!!! something in writing would be the ONLY sufficient form as we never trust phone conversations....right???

ps- do you know who Phars new SEC attorney in NY is??

LABROZZI IS NOT THE AUDITOR FOR PHAR AND NEVER HAS BEEN ENGAGED TO DO SO OR RETAINED BY PHAR.

THAT IS A 100% FACT.
PHAR PUT OUT A FRAUDULENT PR AND HAS KNOWN FOR 4MONTHS THAT LABROZZI NEVER HAD EVEN BEEN RETAINED, MUCH LESS THAT AN AUDIT HAD EVEN BEEN STARTED WHEN IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN COMPLETED MID DEC.

More PHAR Fraud to report to the SEC.

Labrozzi states they are NOT PHAR's Auditors.
Phone call today with Douglas Labrozzi revealed the following.
- Labrozzi was contacted to do an audit by Pitterra
- PHAR did Not sign the audit engagement letter sent to them
- PHAR has Not paid Labrozzi a retainer
- Labrozzi contacted Pitterra in California to ask him to retract the Press Release, no response
- Labrozzi has attempted to contact PHAR in emails and phone calls but can not contact PHAR
- Labrozzi is NOT PHAR's Auditor
