Nanoco is producing regular Qdots. We are able to produce superior Tetrapod quantum dots at a much lower price. So it's a no-brainer where these electronics companies will eventually end up buying their dots... Just let em play with the Nanoco dots for a while... And by the time they are ready for commercial products, we'll be set to make them any dot they like. ;)
The one question I've been struggling with over the last few years is how easy it would be for Samsung to replace the current organic luminescent layer with TQDs...
From what I found in the past, it shouldn't be that difficult, because the structure of an OLED is similar to a QDLED...
