IF is not illegal then there is no question to late. A lot of people file their annual tax return late? So what when they are filling late?

The NT 10-Q extension grants the company an additional 5 calender days in which to file. This is but a quarterly report, not an annual.

and they have filed late every time............a lot of pennies don't even file even though they are supposed to but ATTD has filed everytime.
