Until the SEC releases particular information that incriminates cMoney...

Here's the problem: the SEC won't be saying anything. They'll probably open an investigation and ask the company to produce documents, but there'll be no public announcements. Unless they decide to sue, and if they do, that could be a year or more in the future.
