All of those docs have been read over time, but I can't recall any particular use of delay tactics on the part of CGFI.

Please don't make me read everything again! Can you be more specific and point out one or two docs that back up your thoughts? I'm not bantering here. Really would like to know! Help the board become more aware of what might really be going on.
