To anyone who thinks a white knight Govt. official will help....The DOJ or the FDIC will NOT becoming to the rescue of Dimeq sh. I have stated all along that the FDIC is looking to extinguish this lawsuit anyway they can. We are in this alone. Only a DimeQ SH with skin in the game will make this happen.
I would not suggest that JPM will in any way try and represent dimeq sh in this court. It will be their perspective and they have already stated as such in Judge Block's court that they are the sole beneficiary. They want it all for themselves. Someone else is going to have to push their way in. It is my opinion that this was a trustee relationship not an ownership relationship. The trust was violated and a new trustee for dimeq sh must be found in order to represent them in judge blocks court. I know one other dimeq sh tried but I am not a lawyer and don't know why they were not allowed to be heard.
