Could someone, anyone get something with the words funding confirmed, drilling to commence on x date

I have been trying to get TXO to do just that, instead of / as well as putting out their own fluff around the coal story. Unfortunately all I get back are thinly veiled threats of legal action. If their lawyers do ever get in touch with me, I will be sure to ask them if they can get someone to put out an official announcement that unambiguously clarifies the status of funding and the terms and conditions attached to it. After all, if TXO can get 20% for loaning $1.5m, then surely NBD / the Korean entity / whoever is mad enough to loan $50m to Malcolm should get 666%? What do all the others who have provided convertible loans get? And what is left for ordinary shareholders?

I would be willing to bet their won't be any PR with real information of funding this week or next week or next month or this year or next year. Just my opinion.
