For the record, I have never been an insider in this company or any other public company. Matter of fact I am the furthest think from that. Here is a copy of the press release about the telephone conference call that was open to all investors and the public. I sold my shares in EVPH shortly after hearing the call and how unprepared both Bethke and George sounded. They had about three or four minutes of commentary and couldn't wait to open the call to questions as they truly had nothing to say. They struggled to answer callers questions and I hung up before it ended out of disgust.

As I have mentioned before, I have no long or short position in EVPH.

HOUSTON, April 1, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Everybody’s Phone Company, (Pink Sheets:EVPH), Texas’ fastest growing provider of prepaid telephone services, today announced that it is pleased a new time has been set for the investor conference call on Wednesday, April 7, 2010 at 4:15 PM EDT.

Steven H. Bethke, President of Everybody’s Phone Company, said, “Investors are invited to dial in at 712-775-7400 and use the conference call code 385524. Management will be discussing the company’s business strategy for the remainder of 2010 and into 2011.
Topics will include pending deals with other major carriers and the company’s plan to grow margins in order to package Everybody’s Phone Company, Inc. to be acquired by a larger competitor.”

It is management’s intention to hold an investor conference call on a periodic basis if participation in the first call merits a follow up.
