If that is in fact what happened, makes one wonder if the other 15 may seek options as to what the two who sent default letters caused Cdex to do?
Imo, I have NO doubt that Cdex would have certainly chosen to have all 17 restructure their note with Cdex.
But the press release was very clear that the default letters triggered consequences that were not in Mr. Brumfield's desired choosing.
I do hope Cdex will clear the air with all shareholders as to who did send the default letters and if your understanding is correct.
The next questions are going to be the actual ownership of stock by the 17, imo.
It would be my guess that that research is under way.
