The stock popped from 2 to over 7 and the smart traders sold, took their profits and moved on to the next play.
It's still early in the Rounder story. Until Stanton, Baruch, MacDonald or whoever, gives more info on the company, this is a trading vehicle, not an investment vehicle.
Traders will just take their opportunities to make money on a day-t0-day basis on the movement in the sp. Just like Stanton, Baruch, MacDonald or whoever, will.
Investors, if there really are any, actually do (or should) care about the mc. Which at this point in time, is unjustified.
But even smart investors looking for an entry point will trade a stock as part of the process.
