The Company operates in two segments: Modular Carpet segment, which includes its InterfaceFLOR, Heuga and FLOR modular carpet businesses, and also includes its Intersept antimicrobial chemical sales and licensing program, and Bentley Prince Street segment, which includes its Bentley Prince Street broadloom, modular carpet and area rug businesses.
