ATRN Accumulation levels @.30 are very close to what they were @.0250 - .05

I feel a sell of 22M @.30 would send this stock back past the 50(MA)

They are using the past moving average of a stock with 7M Outstanding... Instead of the current OS of 100M... How do you adjust the (MA) of a chart, when the SS has drastically changed?

Or does it matter? lol
