I believe the company has reached a point where they are ready to account for the tremendous growth they have experienced in the past couple of years, and focus a little more on maintaining a better rapport with shareholders, and a steadily growing stock price.
They could issue a press release or financial reports at any time that could cause an instantaneous large gap up in the stock price. When this happens, profit-taking will always occur, and often panic can set in and traders will take profits, small as they may be, all the way down to fill in the gap.
This stock is so undervalued and the news will be so significant that it would be insane for the price to drop back down to fill the gap.
