i've asked for *change* since 2009

unfortunately the only aspect i control
is whether i buy .. sell or hold stocks

but i'm fortunate in that i recognize my
risk/reward *ratio* and have an established
time frame with a basic knowledge of the process
in play >> i win some and i lose some but mostly
i learn *some*

i'd respect a level playing field on the OTC >> i see none

however
it will be very interesting to see what changes come to pass
