Can't believe StockCharter would still buy if DTCC was to terminate all brokerage buying ability. At close Friday over 66 million bid at .0001 and not many sellers at that price yet. Just wondering why now after all this time buying of well over 333 million shares this week. Must be a rest of the story for one reason?
