I do not know, however It seems to me like maybe they had a death, a funeral.

Three years is a long time, maybe some of them died! I do not know, I do not have a crystal ball, however, I am keen to Bereavement. and death.

One year we lost an accountant, only 35 years old, then a business client. She was only 35, then a VP they said he was just stanking there in PA and he fell over.

I was effected, because I had just met the man and woman.

I had a lot of death around me for a while so I know. Now I believe, I am at pease.

For instance, last year I was at the 7 mile bridge and my friend was pouring her sisters ashes into the ocean, they cremated her.


I had a creepshow around me for a while.

Imho, I think this stock will run, to like .08 first, then a little farther down the road @ .25

I did the math.

Just me opinion cash!

This, amongst all statements of "fact" regarding this company, is false.

How the Information to this Company went from...

Good, Limited then CE in 3-4 days...

I did due diligence on ADST one week ago exactly when the stock price was .004, having just shot up from .001 with a new burst of activity from front loaded pumpers, IMO. The company had lied practically dormant before that period, check your charts people.

At that time, OTC status was not "good" or even "limited" it was "stop - no financial information available" because the company has not filed anything since March 2008.

Now since then it has merely gone from "stop" status to "caveat emptor" likely resulting from the recent activity in the stock that has prompted OTC markets to downgrade their status to the worst tier they have, even more suspicious than a "grey" status.

Here is the the list of reasons why OTC would do that:

¦Questionable Promotion — The security is being promoted to the public, but adequate current information about the issuer has not been made available to the public.
¦Spam — The security is the subject of spam promotion having the effect of encouraging trading of the issuer's securities.
¦Investigation of Fraud — There is a known investigation of fraudulent activity involving the company, its securities or insiders.
¦Suspension/Halt — A Regulatory Authority has halted or suspended trading for public interest concerns (i.e. not a news or earning halt).
¦Disruptive Corporate Actions — The security or issuer is the subject of corporate actions, such as reverse mergers or serial stocks splits and name changes, without adequate current information being publicly available.
¦Unsolicited Quotes — The security has only been quoted on an unsolicited basis since it entered the public markets and the issuer has not made adequate current information available to the public.
¦Other Public Interest Concern — There is, in OTC Markets' view, a public interest concern.
