Only one reason they are short on funds. It is a bit odd and I assume you don't buy it. But if they were hard up they may take such a deal. It does look fishy since the terms are so much in our favor. Hopefully they needed a jump start and intend to buy us out when they get there feet under them again. Just guessing on what would cause them to take those terms.
