if they put out the filing on tuesday that should be put tonite, then, it will be confirmed that the public side of this is not the priority ..ie..the share price..it isnt gonna matter one way or another really when they put it out..the result will be the same

Well I think the Q4 earnings are not supposed to be good. That being said, they could turn it into a positive PR if they provide info that shareholders need such as including it with the extension news and perhaps something that discusses what is/will be happening.
