according to the CEO Roy Warren in the radio interview it's the noteholders converting...he stated that the company wasn't going to dilute

if you haven't heard that interview I would highly recommend it...Roy is a very candid down to earth guy and speaks about his previous experience at Bravo and what happened there...and his plans for the future
