Nobody really knows that I know of.
What I do know is that the AS was raised 3 times between Jan. and June of 2009 by Gary and Sharon, the "majority shareholders" of that time.
The ending AS was 20B and I have to think that they kept raising the AS because they were approaching the AS with the OS each time.

I would guess that the OS ended around 18B but with time the OS has probably lowered because of investors writing them off as a loss and having them removed from their account. I have heard of that before.

I guess there is still a TA, but Gary and Sharon had a GAG on the TA but maybe it is no longer in effect.

If you look up the TA and call them and the GAG order has ended and they release the OS to you don't forget to let us know on the board.
