You can get Think or Swim or Strategy desk for free(as a TDAmeritade client), and there really isn't a minimum balance I don't think. I run both platforms on different monitors.....I like Strategy Desk for quickness, and Think or Swim for DEEP analysis.

Both offer Level II but, at times the OTCBB are a bit slower than big board level II feeds.
