Risky to say the least! However, the fat lady isn't singing yet.
What seems like BAD news can suddenly become something altogether different. They could be forced to punt but then recover a fumble on the return.

As they say in Hollywood, there is no such thing as BAD publicity, just publicity. New eyes could be opened. If this is played out one way, it may bounce in everyone's favor. Just don't give up! Please CMEY, if what you have is worth the effort, don't collapse and go out of business!
