I heard that before Eric and Carl were served all of them were offered a deal which would pay Jack Cukjati one share for every dollar of debt he retired. Since Jack Cukjati claims that has been the focus of his administration that seemed like a fair offer.

I didn't hear any details of what happened at that conference call, but since the case is still active and Eric and Carl are being served I guess those terms were not acceptable.
